London is my favorite city in the world, I could go there once a month and never get tired of it.. it has an energy that you just can't get in the States. So while in London, we decide to venture out on 'May Day' when all of the English folk protest stuff like Starbucks and McDonalds. They call it "Anti-Globalization. " I call it a day off to drink and then throw stuff. Most of the day was pretty relaxed, aside from the fact that my friend and I are both American. And they hate Americans on that day. So long story short, we actually end up drinking Pints with the riot cops, that is until the line broke and a few thousand drunkards plowed through. We ran like little bitches. Little bitches who were getting beer bottles thrown at us... in the end we never really figured the whole thing out- honestly, how can a bunch of people drinking mass produced beer, wearing their Ben Shermans' protest about capitalism taking hold of the world?
